Refund Policy

Train with Care is committed to providing you with high-quality personal training services. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully. By booking sessions with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds After Sessions Have Begun
Once a session has been conducted, we do not offer refunds for that session. Payment for each package is considered final.
2. Refunds for Unused Sessions (Before First Session)
If you cancel your training package before attending your first session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
3. Refunds for Unused Sessions (After First Session)

One-Month Packages: If you decide not to continue with the One-Month Package after the first session but within the first 7 days of your package's start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions you have already completed (i.e., you will be charged for the completed session(s), and the remaining amount will be refunded).

Three-Month Packages: For the Three-Month Package, if you cancel within the first 7 days after the first session, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the number of sessions already completed. If you request a refund after this period, no refunds will be issued.
4. Refunds for Medical Reasons
If you experience a medical condition that prevents you from continuing with your training, we will evaluate your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. You must provide a valid doctor’s note explaining the medical condition, and we will offer a refund or transfer your remaining sessions to a later date, depending on the situation.

In such cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the number of sessions already completed.
5. Package Expiration

All sessions must be completed within the designated package period (30 days for the One-Month Package and 90 days for the Three-Month Package, plus grace periods).

Once the package expiration date has passed, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Late Cancellations: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged in full for that session, and no refund will be given.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, you will be considered a "no-show," and that session will be forfeited with no refund issued.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the circumstances outlined above, please contact us by email at carolinelynch@trainwithcare.com to initiate your request. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your cancellation or issue, and we will respond to your request within 3 business days.
8. Amendments to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our refund policies.
